1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JobDox at jobdox.riegergroup.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

JobDox is an AI-powered job application package generator. You provide career achievements and job descriptions, and the Service generates tailored resumes, cover letters, interview preparation documents, and recruiter outreach scripts using artificial intelligence.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All documents generated by JobDox are created using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate language. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated documents before use. JobDox and The Rieger Group are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and bullet library
  • Review and edit all generated documents before submitting them to employers
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (profile data, bullet library, job descriptions). Generated documents are created for your personal use. The JobDox name, logo, and underlying technology are the property of The Rieger Group.

6. Beta Service

JobDox is currently provided as a beta service. Features may change, be removed, or experience downtime without notice. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the beta period. No service level agreements (SLAs) are guaranteed.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated documents will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rieger Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the application. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
