JobDox is an AI-powered job application package generator built by The Rieger Group. You build a bullet library of your career achievements once, then generate tailored resumes, cover letters, interview prep Q&A, and recruiter outreach scripts for every job you apply to.
There are three simple steps: (1) Build your bullet library by entering your career achievements, employment history, and education. (2) Paste or upload a job description for the role you want. (3) Download your personalized application package, generated in minutes by AI.
Each package includes five files: a tailored functional resume (.docx), a personalized cover letter (.docx), an interview Q&A document with 14 anticipated questions and answers (.docx), a recruiter outreach email script (.vbs), and a job description extraction summary (.txt). Everything is bundled into a single ZIP download.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your data is processed through Anthropic's Claude API but is never used to train AI models. All user data is isolated by user ID.
Generated packages are stored indefinitely and remain available for download as long as your account is active. Your account data (profile, bullet library, and all generated packages) is stored until you delete your account.
Absolutely. All generated documents are standard Word (.docx) files that you can open and edit in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any compatible word processor. We recommend reviewing and personalizing every document before submitting your application.
For job description input, you can paste plain text directly or upload a .txt or .docx file. Generated output files include .docx (resume, cover letter, Q&A), .vbs (outreach script), and .txt (job description extraction). The complete package is delivered as a .zip file.
JobDox is currently in beta and free to use. Create an account and start generating application packages at no cost. We may introduce pricing tiers in the future, but early users will always have access to a free tier.
JobDox was built by Steven Rieger of The Rieger Group. It was designed to streamline the job application process by combining career achievements with AI to produce tailored, professional application materials.
