JobDox ("we", "our", "us") is operated by The Rieger Group. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service at jobdox.riegergroup.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, address, LinkedIn URL, career achievements (bullet library), and job descriptions you submit.

3. Your Data is NOT Used to Train AI

We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate your application packages. Your data is processed through the API but is never used to train AI models. Anthropic's API usage policy explicitly states that API inputs are not used for model training.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Generated application packages are stored until you delete them or delete your account. Your account data (profile, bullet library, and all generated packages) is retained until you delete your account.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to generate personalized job application packages, manage your account, and communicate service-related updates.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following service providers necessary for operation:

Anthropic Claude - AI content generation (API only, no training)
Microsoft Azure - Cloud hosting, database, file storage

7. Security

We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. All user data is isolated by user ID. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your profile information or delete your account through the application.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
